Introduction

Our privacy policy is simple: we don't share user data with outside third parties. Any information we collect is minimal and is used only to debug, improve, and operate Phone Monster. We do not share nor sell your data with any third parties.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary for our operation:

  • Your name, email address and phone numbers you provide us. We use this information to associate your payment information with the correct user and respond to your support requests.
  • Incoming phone numbers. We use this information to show incoming call notifications as well as show your call history.
  • We use Google Sheets and Quickbooks to show expanded details of incoming phone calls (e.g. caller's name, company, etc). We cache the data from Google Sheets and Quickbooks briefly to improve performance and reduce the number of API calls we make to Google and Quickbooks. Outside of the brief cache period, we do not store this data longer. For Google Sheets, we only store the Spreadsheet ID and Sheet Name in our database.

Data Storage and Security

All data processing occurs on our servers. Payments are processed through Stripe - we do not store nor do we have access to credit card or other payment methods.

Data Deletion

You can delete or request your data at any time. Requests to delete your data will be processed within 24 hours. Data deletion cannot be undone as it will be completely wiped from our servers.
